Our stores

Our stores are open and ready to help our customers. So we can be there for those who need us, our opening hours are slightly different to normal at the moment.

From 9 November, most of our stores are open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm. Our Central London stores in Cheapside, Tottenham Court Road, Earls Court, Piccadilly, and Moorgate are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and staying closed on weekends for now.

As part of a regulatory requirement, an independent survey was conducted to ask approximately 1000 customers of each of the 19 largest personal current account providers if they would recommend their provider to friends and family. The results represent the view of customers who took part in the survey.

The results represent the view of customers who took part in the survey.
