From Monday 18 January our stores will be open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm, with some stores remaining open on Saturdays. These changes are temporary and will be reviewed again on 1 March 2021.

The results represent the view of customers who took part in the survey.

*These results are from an independent survey carried out between July 2019 and June 2020. The personal current account survey was carried out by Ipsos MORI and the business current account survey was carried out by BVA BDRC.
