Our current processing timescales

We are currently experiencing high application volumes therefore processing times are taking longer than normal.

  • Cases will be acknowledged within 9 working days (pending all customer due diligence checks have passed) 
  • We are currently underwriting applications (non Portfolio BTL) acknowledged and fully packaged from Friday 13th May
  • We are underwriting Portfolio BTL applications and documents from Friday 6th May
  • We are reviewing documentation uploaded (which includes messages and further items) on previously unpackaged cases received from Friday 20th May
